AGM and General Meetings

The 2024 Vanquis Banking Group plc Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 3.30pm on 15 May 2024 at the offices of Clifford Chance LLP, 10 Upper Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London E14 5JJ. The Company has published the Notice of the 2024 AGM, which will also be posted to shareholders. This can be viewed below.

Shareholders wishing to attend the meeting in person are requested to pre-register their attendance by emailing Shareholder.Questions@vanquisbankinggroup.com no later than 5.00pm on Wednesday 13 May 2024.

AGM Webcast
For the 2024 AGM, we are pleased to again be able to provide a live audio broadcast for shareholders to follow the meeting remotely, should they wish to do so.
