Vanquis Banking Group plc (the “Group”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jill Armstrong as Chief Customer Officer, subject to regulatory approval. Jill will join the Group’s Executive Committee, which has already been strengthened by the recent appointments of new Chief Technology Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief of Staff and Head of Investor Relations.

Jill brings extensive experience in finance and commercial roles. She has held a variety of positions dedicated to supporting customers, and joins the Group from the Bank of Ireland UK, where she has worked for the past 8 years, including most recently as the Director of Savings & Lending. Jill is a qualified accountant, was previously at GE Group, from 2000 to 2015, holding the position of Head of Products from 2013 to 2015.
