Following the introduction of The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, all organisations with over 250 employees are required to publish their gender pay gap information on an annual basis.
Under these Regulations, the following parts of Provident Financial Group are required to disclose gender pay and bonus gap figures: Provident Financial Management Services Limited, Provident Personal Credit and Vanquis Bank.
